We are committed to providing high-quality visa assistance services. However, if you are not satisfied with the service you received, you have the right to request a refund under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
You were charged but did not receive the service (e.g., your application was not submitted).
You submitted your application through our website but wish to cancel it before it is processed.
A technical issue on our website caused an incorrect charge or duplicated payment.
You believe that the service provided was not as described.
Please note: Once your Israel eTA application has been submitted to the official Israeli immigration system, we are unable to issue a refund, as processing has already begun.
2. How to Submit a Complaint
To file a refund request or complaint, please send a detailed explanation to our support team via email:

Payment receipt or reference number
Reason for the refund request

3. Timeframe
Complaint submission deadline: Within 14 calendar days of the date of your payment.
Response time: We will review your complaint and provide a decision within 5 business days of receiving your request.
4. Decision Outcomes
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Rejected requests will be accompanied by an explanation.
